What we are going to do: Upgrades of the operating system & implementation of security updates. Various technical software components will also be updated on our platform.

Expected impact: No functional impact expected. However for applying these updates, we will occasionally experience very short interruptions of a few seconds in our service during the above-mentioned period. That is why carry out this maintenance in this week, in the middle of the summer holiday period, so the impact will be the least.

What to do when you experience an interruption?

If you are viewing lab results or documents, pressing the F5 key or clicking refresh in your viewer will redo the task you were doing and you can continue with your work.

By updating the image sending components outside office hours as much as possible, we ensure the least possible impact. Should you nevertheless experience interruptions while sending (PACS) images, this task will be restarted. Which task, if any, needs to be resent can be seen in the Enovation Viewer at: 'Beelden doorsturen voortgang'. The task in question was then not sent successfully
