What we are going to do: It was possible to configure in Zimbra a forward to a public email(outside the ZorgMail community) address. The forward have never been delivered, but mails remained in Hosted mailbox. To prevent confusion, the User couldn't set a forward address. If the user would like, forward the received Hosted Mail emails to a valid address within the ZorgMail community. You could have contact with ZorgMail Support team of Enovation group.
Expected impact: ZorgMail Hosted Mail restart of the application. The application is unavailable for some minutes. Messages will be queued
