Wat we gaan doen: Update ZorgMail Send Secure plug-in (Web) naar versie 2.2.0.

Wat betekent dit voor jou: Er wordt geen onderbreking verwacht. Wel actie benodigd door beheerders ter voorbereiding op de release.

Uit te voeren door beheerders: Met deze release veranderd voor iedere organisatie de manier waarop telefoonnummers worden gebruikt bij het veilig verzenden naar ontvangers buiten de ZorgMail Community. De Desktop plug-in maakt al jaren gebruik van Outlook-contactpersonen voor telefoonnummers. Om gebruik te kunnen maken van de data in de Outlook contacten zijn aanvullende machtigingen in het Microsoft Entra-beheercentrum nodig. Deze permissies kunnen beheerders met Global admin rechten nu al toevoegen via onderstaande URL.

Knip en plak deze URL in de webbrowser:

Na het geven van de consent resulteert in een pagina met de tekst 'Success!' en het Enovation logo. Wanneer u deze handeling niet vóór de release uitvoert, wordt bij de eerste keer opstarten van de Send Secure plug-in ná de release om de goedkeuring van een beheerder gevraagd.

What does this mean for you: No impact expected. However, administrator action is required in preparation for the release.

Action required by administrators: With this release, the way phone numbers are used for secure sending of emails to recipients outside the ZorgMail Community will change for all organizations. The Desktop plug-in has been using Outlook contacts as the source for phone numbers for several years.

To access the phone number data stored in Outlook contacts, additional permissions are required in the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. Administrators with Global Administrator privileges can already grant these permissions using the URL below.

After granting consent, a page displaying the message "Success!" along with the Enovation logo will appear. If this action is not completed before the release, an administrator approval request will be presented the first time the Send Secure plug-in is started after the release.
